THE VISIONDear Future Resident, The beautiful city of Miami has an undeniably seductive style all its own. From our headquarters in South Florida, we at Tidewater Partners Fund are attached to this great city’s sophisticated lifestyle. One of our favorite aspects of Miami is the chic cutting-edge architecture in South Beach. The structures here are world renowned as being on the forefront of innovative architectural design, by gracefully blending form and function with a luxurious lifestyle and serene ambiance. Like many others, we have fallen in love with Costa Rica. And if you have had the fortune to have already become acquainted with this amazing tropical paradise, we’re certain that you understand why. Costa Rica’s beguiling soul has made it the top international tourism destination in the southern hemisphere throughout 2007, with its tranquil surroundings, exotic flora and fauna, and pristine beaches. We would like to introduce you Sands Point, our premier project. Sands Point is an illustrious oceanfront tower of luxury residences on the Costa Rica’s coveted Pacific coast, bringing the impeccably designed work of the world-famous architect firm, Arquitectonica, to Costa Rica for the first time ever. We actively sought an area to develop on the mid-Pacific coast with great future potential and ample infrastructure. And we ultimately chose Puntarenas, the coastal area just south of the nation’s once great coffee shipping port, because of its remarkable views and because it has the closest beach to Costa Rica’s capital city, San Jose. In an effort to avoid compromising the practical nature of the building and its floorplans, we commissioned Arquitectonica to design what we like to call “affordable art.” We wanted a design that would capture the sophistication of South Beach and combine it with the soul of Costa Rica. Arquitectonica took that idea and ran with it. They designed an impressive 10-story curvilinear structure, appointed throughout with only the best in modern luxuries, where every unit has a large, private terrace overlooking the spectacular Nicoya Islands in the Pacific Ocean.
